Automatic screw machine
In the field of industrial manufacturing, screws—being the most fundamental fasteners—have an assembly quality that directly affects the structural strength and service life of products. The traditional manual screw-fastening method is not only inefficient but also prone to missed fastenings due to variations in operator technique.
Automatic packaging machine
In today’s rapidly evolving industrial production sector, automated packaging machines have become crucial equipment for enhancing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and reducing labor costs. They have not only transformed the traditional packaging industry’s inefficient model, which relied heavily on manual operations,
Magnetic circuit machine
In today’s era of rapid technological advancement, humanity’s pursuit of energy utilization and mechanical efficiency has never ceased. From the thunderous roar of the steam engine to the widespread adoption of internal combustion engines and the ubiquitous use of electric motors, each innovation in energy and machinery has profoundly reshaped the face of human society. Among this series of transformations, the magnetic circuit machine—a nascent technology—is gradually emerging as a shining star in the future fields of energy and mechanics.
Clipboard machine
At the intersection of industrial production and daily life, there are always devices that may seem unremarkable yet play a tremendous role—devices that quietly and unobtrusively keep modern society running.
Automatic diaphragm machine
In high-precision industrial sectors such as 3C electronics, semiconductors, and automotive manufacturing, product surface protection and functional enhancement have become core components for enhancing competitiveness. As a key piece of equipment in this process, automatic film-applying machines are redefining the efficiency and quality standards of industrial film application through intelligent and automated technological innovations.
3D printer
The core of 3D printing lies in the additive manufacturing concept of “layer-by-layer fabrication and additive accumulation.” Unlike traditional subtractive manufacturing processes (such as turning, milling, planing, and grinding), 3D printing uses CAD software to slice a three-dimensional model into hundreds to thousands of thin layers, each measuring 0.05 to 0.3 millimeters in thickness. The print head then deposits material along predefined paths. This technological approach has given rise to seven major mainstream processes.
